Bob is a character in Perks. In the film, he is portrayed by Adam Hagenbuch.
Personality
Bob is an older druggie that hangs out with highschoolers, he also offers Charlie drugs at his first highschool party. He is said to attend the culinary institute and is given bubbles for Christmas by Charlie. He has no real ambition or drive except to get with a waitress from the Olive Garden, and party. Nontheless it can be said that he loves his friends and is willing to help them in their time of need. Bob is also described as being paranoid, probably because of his constant drug use.

He often throws parties, and is constantly using drugs, described by Patrick as a 'hopeless stoner'.
Tries to pursue a waitress from Olive Garden, to no avail.
Comforts Charlie when none of the other members of 'the group' will communicate with him, and also gives Charlie drugs.
Trivia
When given bubbles by Charlie in the book he says, "Too much," while in the movie he says, "He knows me, he really knows me."
He performs with the others in the Rocky Horror Picture show.
